Privacy Policy

In plain language: what personal data Lashify Salong collects, what we use it for, and what rights you have.

Who processes your data

What data we collect

Email and phone

If you write to us by email or call us, we process the data you choose to share — usually your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry and your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)). Purpose: answering your question.

We do NOT have a contact form — emails arrive directly in our mailbox and no intermediary service is used.

Booking

Appointments are booked through the SalonLife booking system. Data you enter there (name, contact details, chosen service and time) is processed by SalonLife under its own privacy terms — see them in the booking window. We receive that data to perform the client relationship (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Cookies and statistics

The site sets no tracking cookies by default. If we use Google Analytics, we ask for your consent separately through the banner at the bottom of the page — statistics cookies are enabled only if you press “Accept”. You can review your choice at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

The booking widget and the map load content from the providers’ servers (SalonLife, Google Maps), which means they may see your IP address. Please refer to their own privacy terms.

The booking widget also brings in third-party scripts that we neither write nor control. We measured on 18 August 2026 that the SalonLife widget loads a Meta (Facebook) script and Google web fonts. We do not use the Meta pixel ourselves and have no measurement ID configured for it, but your IP address does reach Meta at the moment the script loads.

For that reason the widget is set to start only once you do something on the page — move the mouse, scroll or touch the screen. Until that happens, no request goes to their servers (verified by measurement on the same date). If you never open the booking widget, you can use the site without your data reaching them.

How long we keep data

We keep email correspondence for up to one year after the last exchange, then delete it. Data related to the client relationship (bookings, invoices) is kept for the periods required by law (accounting source documents — 7 years).

Who we share data with

We do not sell or trade personal data. It is seen only by the partners needed to provide the service: the booking system (SalonLife), web hosting and — with your consent — the statistics service (Google Analytics).

Your rights

  • Ask what data we hold about you and receive a copy
  • Have inaccurate data corrected
  • Have data erased when it is no longer needed
  • Withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal)
  • Lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee)
