A builder gel manicure stays beautiful and intact for 2–3 weeks on average. After that the nail has grown out and it's worth coming in for a new manicure — during the same visit we remove the old coating and apply a fresh one.
To keep the polish looking its best for as long as possible, avoid using your nails as tools and wear gloves when doing housework. A nourishing oil does the cuticles good, keeping the nail fold soft and healthy.
Don't scrape or peel the gel polish off yourself — that can damage the nail surface. A salon removal is quick and protects your nails.
